Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear and fair rules for refunds, returns and cancellations on HIKMAH.

1. Summary

We provide refunds when products are damaged, significantly not as described, or missing parts. Refund requests must be submitted within the timelines below and supported with evidence (photos, order id).

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Damaged on arrival or physical defects not disclosed in the listing.
  • Item significantly different from product description or images.
  • Missing items or wrong item delivered.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Open the order page and click 'Request Refund' or contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos and a short description of the problem. Include order id and product details.
  3. The seller will be notified and has 48 hours to respond. If unresolved, HIKMAH customer support will review and decide.

4. Refund Timeline

If refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before the seller accepts them. If the seller has already dispatched the order, cancellation may not be possible and return rules apply.

6. Non-refundable Cases

  • Change of mind or incorrect size preference (unless seller allows returns).
  • Damage caused by buyer misuse or improper installation.
Important: Keep product packaging and all accessories until the refund request is resolved; missing accessories may reduce refund amount.
