Detailed guidelines for operating business on the HIKMAH platform
Legal Declaration
This policy is formulated in accordance with the 'Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021' of Bangladesh. By registering as a seller on the HIKMAH platform, you agree to abide by all the following terms.
1. Registration & KYC
According to the laws of Bangladesh, no anonymous seller will be allowed to sell products on the platform.
2. Product Quality & Description
The vendor must ensure that the product is original and not expired. Product images and descriptions must match 100% with the real product.
3. Delivery Timeline
Inside City
Max 5 Days
Outside City
Max 10 Days
4. Payment & Commission Structure
HIKMAH will deduct a fixed percentage commission from each successful sale.
5. Prohibited Items
Selling narcotics, firearms, explosives, or any drugs without government permission is strictly prohibited.
HIKMAH authority reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.
